How to register for ESIC
Step-by-Step Guide: ESIC Registration for Employers
✅ 1. Check Eligibility
You must register for ESIC if:
Your company has 10 or more employees (in some states, the threshold is 20).
Employees earn ₹21,000 or less per month (₹25,000 for people with disabilities).

✅ 3. Sign Up as an Employer
Click on "Sign Up" on the home page.
Enter basic details like:
Company Name
Employer Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
You will receive login credentials via email.
✅ 4. Log In and Fill the Registration Form (Form-1)
After logging in, fill out Form-1, which includes:
Company details (name, address, nature of business)
Employee details
Bank account details
PAN of company
Date of commencement of business
✅ 5. Upload Required Documents
Typical documents needed:
Registration Certificate (Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, etc.)
PAN card of the business
Address proof of establishment
Bank details (cancelled cheque or bank statement)
List of employees with their details and salaries
✅ 6. Submit Application
Once the form and documents are complete:
Submit the application online.
You'll get a 17-digit unique ESIC registration number.
✅ 7. Download Registration Letter
After successful registration:
Download your ESIC Registration Certificate (it serves as proof of registration).

File monthly returns.
Pay contributions (employer: 3.25%, employee: 0.75%).
Issue ESI cards to employees.
