✅ Step-by-Step: ESIC Online Registration
🔹 Step 1: Visit the ESIC Portal
Go to 👉 https://www.esic.in
Click on “Employer Login”
🔹 Step 2: Sign Up as a New Employer
On the login page, click “Sign Up”
Enter:
Employer Name
Establishment Name
Email ID
Mobile Number
✅ You'll receive login credentials via email.
🔹 Step 3: Login to the Employer Portal
Use the received User ID and Password
Go to “New Employer Registration”
🔹 Step 4: Fill ESIC Form-1 (Application Form)
Provide:
Company name, address, and type of business
PAN number
Number of employees and their salary details
Bank details of the business
Date of starting operations
🔹 Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned PDFs of:
Company PAN card
Address proof (utility bill/rent agreement)
Bank statement or cancelled cheque
Registration certificate (Shops Act/Factory license/GST)
List of employees with Aadhaar, salary, date of joining
🔹 Step 6: Submit the Form
Double-check details and submit the form
Once submitted, an ESIC Registration Number (17 digits) will be generated
🔹 Step 7: Post-Registration
Register employees under your ESIC account
Generate their PeHchan Cards
Start paying monthly contributions:
Employer: 3.25%
Employee: 0.75%
