Part A – Initial Registration & TRN Generation
Visit the official GST portal at gst.gov.in.
Go to Services → Registration → New Registration (or click "REGISTER NOW")

Enter the OTPs received on email and mobile (they’re different), then click Proceed. A Temporary Reference Number (TRN) will be generated and sent to your email and phone

Part B – Completing the Application
Return to the portal and go to Services → Registration → New Registration, then choose Temporary Reference Number (TRN). Enter the TRN and captcha, and click Proceed

You’ll receive new OTPs—enter them to continue.
On the My Saved Application page, click the Edit icon to begin filling your application
